We recognise that seeking an autism assessment can be a significant and often emotional step. Our approach is neuro‑affirmative, trauma‑informed, and person‑centred, with careful attention to developmental history, lived experience, strengths, and support needs.
Assessments are completed in line with NICE guidance and the All‑Wales Neurodevelopmental (ND) Pathway, and may be suitable for individuals seeking diagnostic clarity, support planning, or documentation for reasonable adjustments.

I’m a registered social worker with over 20 years’ experience in the NHS, including specialist work in CAMHS, where I began assessing children and young people for Autism and ADHD.
Alongside my NHS experience, I have over five years’ experience in private practice, specialising in Autism and ADHD assessments for children, young people and adults.
I’m trained in recognised gold-standard assessment tools, including ADOS-2, ADI-R, DIVA-5 and QbTest, supporting a thorough and comprehensive assessment process.
My approach is neuroaffirming, strengths-based and person-centred, guided by NICE recommendations. I take time to understand each individual their experiences, strengths, challenges and needs making reasonable adjustments wherever possible so that the assessment feels accessible, comfortable and respectful.
With both professional expertise and lived experience of neurodiversity, I understand the importance of feeling heard, understood and accepted.
