Adult therapy wales
I have experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma/ PTSD, substance misuse, bereavement, and neurodiversity (ADHD and Autism) and co-occurring problems. I have experience of providing consultation, training, mental health reports and therapeutic interventions.
